Meeting rooms are available at the Venetian Expo and Caesars Forum. Rooms are available on a first-come, first served basis. Rooms may be rented from Sunday, January 19, 2025 through Friday, January 24, 2025.

Full day — $3.90 per square feet
Half day* — $1.95 per square feet
*Half day times are mornings 7:00 AM–12:00 PM and afternoons 1:00 PM–6:00 PM.
If you have not requested a meeting room before, You will need to create a new account on the following web site to request and manage your submission. Click on Create New Meetings/Events top left of page.
Costs include:
- Standard hotel tables
- Chairs
- Podium
- Riser/stage
- Water for podium
- ID sign (*If ordered before December 23, 2024.)
Costs DO NOT include:
- Catering
- Basic electrical wall outlets
- Audio/visual equipment
- Microphones
- Custom furniture
- Florals
- Easels
- Internet & telephones
